These are my worksheets from the DNA Sequencing Activity. After doing their DNA we figured out that Abby and Bob were healthy and Carol was the one who was unhealthy and really messed up.
I went to a site linked with this project to learn more about this technique of DNA sequencing. The Sanger Method which is developed by Fred Sanger uses chemically altered dideoxy bases which terminates newly synthesized DNA fragments at specific bases. After reading about it I watched a virtual presentation on it.
